So far, the 33's are nice. I don't know if I will stay with the 10.5's or go to a 12.5 when replacement time comes (and that should be a long way off hopefully).
They ride good on the pavement, haven't had much off road time on them yet. They balanced well, I think 3 of the wheels only have 2 weights, but I'd have to look again.

Well, I was trying to decide between mounting a new Firestik antenna on the front bumper or on one of those brackets that come out of the tail light.
Going with a front bumper mount for sure now.
Anyone run dual Firestiks? Was thinking about that for symmetry from the outside and as bumper marker guides from the driver's seat.

Dual firesticks have to be so far apart to work. I ran into that issue on a fullsize dodge i had setup in the past. It does give it a better look but it affects the signal.Originally Posted by restoring

BJ said the same thing at the party tonight, so it looks like a single firestik, and then maybe a Ham antenna Originally Posted by MuscleHead

The Leaking SYE appears to FINALLY be fixed!!!
Been leaking since it was installed in the beginning of October, but apparently only when being driven. The oiler was doing it's job and slinging the fluid around inside the t-case, and it found a few spots where the RTV had gaps and ran out. Then, wind turbulence slung it all over the back of the t-case and the underside of the XJ. The only plus side, everything from the t-case back is nice and shiny
The downside is I couldn't trust driving it any distances and ATF fluid smells like burned a$$.
Somebody jumped in and fixed it Saturday. Pulled the back plate, cleaned all the RTV off, and Permatex'd that sucker.
ZERO evidence of ATF leaking after driving it back home, and ZERO evidence of any leaks after a quick spin around the block today to test the speedometer.
Going to run to Sportsman's Warehouse and back, then check it one more time.
Thank you to the somebody that fixed it.

I'm going with a rear mount. I would only mount on the front bumper if it were an ARB Bull Bar.Originally Posted by restoring

I bought this mount off a forum member on JeepForum. I'll be mounting my set-up this weekend.
