Well here is an recent update in the past month that I have accomplished.

I picked up another quart of Herculiner and touched up my rocker panels and inside the doors.

What I had left over from that I decided to try it out on my Suurco Roof Rack, I think it turned out great.

I really like the Herculiner Bedliner, I did not roll the product on I just took a 2" paint brush and actually dabbed it on. Takes a lot longer but the thickness and durability is that much greater. The only thing I do not like is that it tends to fade quickly, the sun and the acid rain does a number.

Wanted to add some lighting on my Jeep, what a better when then going with Detours Offroad Hardwares A-Pillar Light Mounts.

I also bought a pair of Hella 700FF's which did not last to long. I liked the look of the lights, they where super bright and big, but I invested in a light bar and with my OCD I had to keep it LED.

Here are the 3x3" LED Pods which I got from Xtremeleds.

Here is my 21.5" Light bar from Hamna.

Pods mounted up on the A-Pillars.

Now for the light bar... I did not order light tabs for my bumper when I ordered it from Logansmetals4x4. It fit perfect under neath the pre-runner but sat snug with my winch being there.

I came up with a few ideas for brackets and what would work the best, and also give a clean look. The brackets I made have adjustment for the light bar forward to back, and can have it angled at any degree.

Yeah, also made a flag mount

Now it was time to remove the bumper, and send it back out to have it blasted and coated again. Originally it was done in a Semi-Gloss paint which was unbelievably durable, talking taking a hammer to it and not even chip the coating. I wanted more shine so I went with a Sherman-Williams High Gloss. Only down fall is that is scratches very easily but the durability is the same.

Here it is right after powdercoat.

One thing I did when the bumper was off was remove the winch so I could repaint it and clean it up. I don't know why but over two years my winch became very dull and I couldn't have a nice shinny bumper with a dull winch! I dis-assembled the whole thing, re greased, painted, cleaned the terminals, and also got the hook up from a friend that gave me all new terminal cables for it. The light bar sits almost flush with the winch power supply box, so I notched the front of the box to run the light bar wire through the box and into and behind the grille.
*I do not have pictures of that right now, this weekend once I clean it up I will take a few!

I had a buddy of mine make me a cool sturdy CB Mount!

Finally hooked up my Firestik!

Two weekends ago I removed both my drive shafts to replace the u-joints, so my Jeep was done for a few days. I took the time to undercoat the axles, and under body. I used a Rustoleum Enamel paint. I think it turned out great!

Also used it on my driveshafts!

Thanks, I do not as of right now. I'm trying to find time to wire both the pods and light bar together and making it clean. When I do they will be up in the thread.

So here is an update of my freshly coated winch, and new terminals. You also can see that it is a tight squeeze with the light bar!

So I thought is was the perfect time to use the clay bar kit by Mothers especially after having this dried up sand/mud with a mix of the acidic Lake Michigan water on my Jeep.

Left side done with the clay bar, right side not. *Not sure if you guys can tell, but in person the difference is night and day.

And here is the after math!
