I just bought a stock 1993 2wd jeep xj for $400 it it wasnt in too bad of shape.
I also lost alot of original pics so most of the pictures are current.
After buying it i decided to get a lil mud in the tires a few days later...

After a few months of owning my xj a few issues started to arise turns out Audrey has a bad water pump and fried electric fan. Ontop of a rusted out heater core. ( sorry no pics of repairs) .

So $1200 later audrey is back up and running and good as new.

Fast forward a little bit to the present.
Just picked up a cb for audrey.
Got a cobra 29 with a pa speaker and a 102 whip and a mag mount.

The summer heat was killing me with the lack of ac in the jeep so i finally took it to the hobby shop to go doorless...
I ran into a bit of a problem... i did not have any tools able to get into the hinge to cut it and after of 3 hours of cutting i gave up and decided to pull out the stops.

I haven't seen anyone use a torch yet so why not?.

Here goes nothing.

After a short 30 min. And a couple of fires later the doors are finally removable.
But for anyone who knows how pmo is.rideing around base doorless will always get you pulled over. Time to high tail it home.
