Project W.A.I.D. 92 cherokee
Project WAID standing for What Am I Doing? This is my first jeep build so I'm pretty much learning as I go. 92 cherokee I bought 4 years ago wheeled a couple times and tore apart. I've been slowly building as I've had time. I work full time and am a student as well as getting married here pretty quick so I apologize if there aren't as many updates as some would like! I'm mostly posting to get some ideas and pointers along the way so any and all criticizsm would be appreciated! :thumbsup:
Plans for the build: three link front with dana 44, all ruffstuff brackets heims, some tube eventually and ORIs. Rear is staying leafs with a 9". Aside from that stuff pretty much gonna see where it goes, chop top eventually rear stretch? Whatever you guys convince me to do! |
Pics are in random order I apologize. And welds are pretty poopy in some spots I already know :tt2: I'll post more up as i get some time! So far right now I have the front axle out and the dana 44 getting mocked up. Ruff stuff stiffners on, crossmember is partially done still needs some gussets and welding. I'm building front stiffners next and want to incorporate the shock tower with them.
