factory radio I assume? if it is try wiggling the fader joy stick, you may get brief sound. I had the same problem on 2 different factory units (both on 2001 well used) and ended up just putting in a aftermarket single din radio.

ya i know its a bit, but definitely tons of work done to it and not every day seen. hope to possibly make a little for more time and work lol
