Hey allout, beautiful rig. Nothing wrong with a show rig, especially a nice classic heavy chevy.

So, how do you like the CBR-RR with the Yoshimira exhaust?? I have a friend with that bike, and we ride all the time....he loves his!! He wants a 1K, but the 600 is plenty quick!! I ride a Suzuki DL1000...

I love it, I bought it new in 2005 and it has just been a darn good bike. It has never needed any repairs and has always run great. It was razor sharp when I got it but with a fresh set of my favorite tires and a little suspension tuning it is like a scalpel in corners. It's plenty fast for me. I had a 2007 1000rr that I didnt care for as much as my 600rr.

I'm assuming your referring to mine? Originally I installed it when I got it but then removed it for a trip so it would hurt my gas mileage. In the next pic you saw it in, it was just sitting on top of the jeep. But now it's bolted down to my crossbars.

liter bikes are piontless...my 2001 gsxr 750 is plenty and the newer 600s are just as quick if not quicker a 1000 only gives you highway dominance and is too powerful to use the power anywhere but the highway..

AND thanks on the truck...always wanted to find an excuse to give it a pic on here lol

Welcome. My uncle had a k5 blazer that was nearly all chrome and on 44s. It was a real great looking truck. If it did ever see mud, it was from a distance.

I'll bet you get a lot of lookers and compliments on your truck. People really dig the older bowties.

For those interested I figured out my locks and lights. Front right turn signal had a bunch of corrosion in it. Cleaned it up and it's working fine. The weird problem though was the locks. They would lock, but they would not unlock. Both relays were working fine but no unlock action.

Turns out the little infrared sensor on the ceiling is bad. Unplugged it and problem solved. My cb is going there anyways

Been a while since I posted in on this. No updates really to speak of. I got my CB installed but it isn't tuned properly yet. I may have issues with my antenna mounted on my roof rack.

Met a guy who said he make me bumpers for cheap, so that's good.

Couple of days ago I went running around on some little trails. I saw a nasty looking rut in front of me but I was too lazy to disconnect my sway bar. I figured I could get through it no problem.

Halfway through the rut something let loose in my front end. Steering wheel shook my earballs out and it sounded like a gun had been shot. Got out and my swaybar link was hanging there in two pieces. I got back in and chuckled about it and my brother said, "That's funny your not mad about breaking your jeep." I said it it was a minor flesh wound .
