Smile Project Rhino

Just started a build on a 2000 Cherokee Sport. Engine runs but has a leaky head gasket. Have many thoughts on build but nothing official so far. The day I brought her home!

Inside demo, start to measure for new carpet and seats. Fix any holes or rotten areas.

Angry Broken bolts

It looks like I have a little body work to do, not to worried about the finish since it will all be rhino coated, but still was a little worse than I hoped. I am breaking bolts off like crazy. The jeep doesnt seem to be that corroded underneath to snap bolts. Is it normal to have both Standard and Metric bolts?

If you have the 0331 head you might have a cracked head.

I do have the head, going to PT it when I get it out, doing body work and interior while the weather is nice and will do motor work last, this fall or winter in the garage.
