Brother finished it up a few days ago (i haven't gotten a chance to get on CF lately).

She runs! I mean, we're lacking both drive shafts, brakes, a hood, working driver door, working radio, flap down mirrors, a hatch, AC, intake, rear bumper, trailer hitch, most fluids, paint, proper tires, the rest of the lift and everything being calibrated/adjusted.

But, i mean... Over all..
SHE RUNS

I might throw a video up of the idle. It seems like it hangs at a high rev.. Makes the damn garage rattle. I might spend some time fixing the cat (it's loose and rattles).

Well, time to finish my marketing project. G'day. Pictures eventually to come, once i find that damn adapter and feel motivated enough to transfer them from my phone too.

So, some more stuff done today. My shoulder is acting up again(can't really raise it).

But, new window seals. As far as i know, the rear driveshaft is in, as is the lift (i went inside to finish school stuff and give my shoulder a rest.)

The black jeep is moved to the backyard. We picked it up and walked it into the backyard, where it'll lie until we get back.

Got the doors, hatch and hood off, so, plans for half doors soon. (like, a month maybe.)

The new fender is on the Jeep. Took off those stupid rocker panels under the doors, and por-15'd over it. As soon as all the windows work (the driver door is sort of ****ed still) and the hood/hatch is on, i'll take it out to the front and wash it down, and then start preparing for plastidip.

From here on it's the home stretch... Hoping this will be okay. This thursday is coming up reaaalllyyy quick...

Once again, sorry for not posting any pictures or videos (or anything interesting really..) It's just been hectic with trying to not fail 10th, and getting this thing together, haha.

A/C done (and cooooooolld)
Pretty sure brakes are done.
Hood on.
Rear Hatch on.
Hopefully the driver door is fixed.
The HVAC box with my new homemade seals is gloriously nice so far. Hopefully it holds.

Well... Must say. So far, it's a miracle we got it done..

Leaving tomorrow at 5 or 6am, in the newly plastidip'd Grand Cherokee..

If you see:
Project Operation One Month WJ.-ocdsiqb.jpg

Come say hi!

Donations of Flex blue plastidip are greatly appreciated, lol.
Sorry for the bad photato quality. Rushing to get it done. The intake just got put in, and i think it's done.. I'm hoping, at least.

I honestly can't believe we made it. Charging all the batteries for everything, wiping all the SD cards, and still have to go pack. Tonights gonna be a long night. Thank god i don't have to drive

Well, i must say, My bad. I did not intend on disappearing for 2 months! I've had a lot of stuff going on, so nothing really interesting happened for the Jeep. I shall post the pictures to Bantam soon to make up for my AWOLness. I'll see what other jibbly-bits i can throw together to post too.

Once again: Muh bad on not posting, lol.

Great job! From one 15 year old to another. I'm kinda impressed.

Keep it up.

Wow...builds like this and the red xj that posted above me make me feel...unproductive seeing what other high school kids are doing haha.
But that plastic dip looks wicked, man!

Thanks, the plastidip is honestly one of the best decisions so far, and the worst at the same time. The mud from Bantam got imbedded into the plastidip, so now you can see the faint mud that's stuck into it. (granted, we were driving and wheeling while the paint was still drying)

I just remembered that i filmed the Moraine trail ride (by far the most boring but yet fun), and just have to put it together and it'll be fine. I might leave it, and get some more footage whenever i go wheeling next and just put it into a larger video. (It's like 15 minutes of dirt road. It's not a hefty trail at all)

Had to repaint a bunch of stuff in the past week, and still have yet to do the underbody.

The 'rocker' panels started to peel (waste of precious POR-15 ;-; ) so i had to peel/take all of that off.

and, peeling got really annoying after a few hours so i grabbed the air compressor, and an air nozzle and pretty much blew the paint off in a few minutes. As painful as it was(i swear, shards of por-15 and rustoleum are sharper than razors.) it got the job done. I only was able to put 2 layers of Rustoleum on. I did replastidip the grille, which looks better (mud/dirt was also imbedded into that), and once my brother got home i was able to take the trailer hitch off, drop the gas tank/skid plate and clean that down and repaint both the trailer hitch and skid plate, so that went rather well, up until we had to re-mount the hitch. The welds aren't perfect on it, and it's just barely skewed, so that led to taking the nearest tree, a recovery strap, and the chainfall and pulling that into place and bolting it in. Got it all mounted back up and it looks great painted. (i'll post pictures sooner or later)

Not much has gone on in the past month, sadly..

New fuel filter, and that's about it.

*quietly weeps in the corner* MUH BUDGET.

I am, however, looking into frame stiffening quite a bit lately.
