Ball joints are new, new bushings and bought adjustable track bar and longer uca, when I watch the tire when it starts wobbleing the tires move side to side but I can't feel it in the steering wheel. Once I get up to about 60 it settles down but can still see the tires moving, and I'm running 4;56 gears unlocked

i had a dw problem with my 4 1/2 rough country lift and chased it for almost 2 years. after replacing everything possible in the front end it ended up being the bushing on the rough country lower control arm. IRO long arms fixed the problem

Sounds like you have bad hubs! I would pick up a set of new ones and keep your old as spares..before you leave the parts store..wiggle the bearing! If it has too much play..more than about 1/8" then ask for another

Do you have a ax15 or pukegoat?

Ok check the TB bracket and see if its loose at all?..also what TB is on there? If its a RC, you may wanna sell it while its new, and pick up a nice double sheer unit like the IRO.

Could also be the alignment..check your caster out! You may wanna stretch the front end an inch or so..as in push the axle further forward! I'm only on 3"s and have my lower arms set at 18.5" and uppers at 16.5"..you should try to get it a bit further out there.

Rouch Country is a single sheer..uses the stock tb bracket and a tre.. The tre's wear rather quickly also. They have also caused DW issue even in new form. The double shear track bars are much stronger and on anything over 3" should be used in my opinion!

How much lift are you running currently & where will you end up? And whats your plans with the jeep? I know jeepspeed style rigs work much better with short arms and drop brackets vs long arms & crawlers are better with long arms.
Personally I spent almost 700 on Teraflex monster upper & lowers & I'll be running drop brackets with a flat belly skid! If you have adjustable upper & lowers like me, then you may be better of with drop brackets. But again its all in what you want for your rig!

I'm in the process of designing longarms for it now. Going to be more of a rock crawler and going to 6.5 inch lift
