Well fellas, picked up a 3rd XJ last night. I run my own detail business and needed to find a vehicle for the mobile side of the business. Of course I searched the web for a Cherokee. I found one, a 97 Sport with 140k on it. Has a Rusty's 4.5 inch lift, 33x10.50x15 on stock wheels, custom front winch bumper(coming off and being put up for sale) and a few other things. Needs a few trim pieces on the inside and some paint work on the outside but glad to have a XJ that won't see trails since I already have one that does the duties of offroading. Anyways here is the plan for it, since I need to add my own touch to it

OR-FAB front and rear bumpers
OR-FAB rear quarter panel armor
33x12.50x15 General Grabber red letters on cragars
JCR ultimate sliders, stage 1
K&N intake
Gibson exhaust
Airaid throttle body spacer
62mm throttle body
Upgrade headlights
Tint windows
Put the Bushwacker flat fenders on it from Project Ratchet
Bilstein shocks
IRO double sheer track bar.
Upgrade speakers and CD player
Front brakes and rotors

I'll snag a few pictures in a bit, wife left me a "honey do list" for today

Did a oil change today. Added some Lucas Oil stabilizer to it, motor seems a bit quieter and oil pressure is better. Noticed the front shocks bushings are trashed, looks like new shocks will need to be ordered soon, thinking Bilsteins and adding the JKS shock relocation bracket. Rough Country quick disconnects and dual steering stabilizer should be in soon. Also noticed the Rusty's offroad control arm bushings are on their way out and the cross member has a nice dent on the passenger side. So I think I'll be doing the Rough Country long arm upgrade. Pics will follow of course.

Put on the OR-Fab rear bumper last night. Looks good. Also ordered up a Rugged Ridge cb antenna mount with a new spring. Should have that here by Thursday. And a Accel tune up kit. Still going to add the rear Bushwacker flat fenders. Hopefully I get a chance to do that tonight.

Alright, finally got some time to post those pictues. Still got a ton of stuff to do but it's coming along good.

Picture time!

Bedlined the rear quarter to find some decent rust, looks like a cut and fold may be in the near future.

That's it for right now. If the weather holds up I plan to do the rear bushwacker flares today. Couldn't find my hand saw until this morning, lol.

Just ordered a new mount for the CB antenna and OR-Fab read quarter panel armor.

Planning on install the dual steering stabilizer and finishing the flat fenders install this weekend. If the weather permits. Been raining pretty much all week. Stupid rain.
