I fixed misc things as i drove it. being in highschool and part time job at safeway! it stayed this way for a while.

finally when i got some money i got tired of the paint so i took a da and got it all down to where i could paint it. bought 8 cans of rustoleum camo green and sprayed away! it turned out alot better than i was expecting!

as you see the bumpers are different than the first pic. i got backed into at school and just put new ones on

i drove it that way for almost 3 months, added things here and there. such as cherry bomb glass pack, and fixed some lighting.

one day i was driving home from school and went to brake. heard a loud POP got out, brake fluid everywhere, my drivers side rear wheel cylinder exploded. destroyed backing plate and drum.

instead of fixing the brakes i found this a great opportunity to change gears from 3.07 to 3.55. so i picked up a dana 35 from an automatic and swapped that in. hopefully in the future ill go 8.25.

after fixing that i swapped in a hp non disco dana 30 3.55 to get my 4wd back!

its a 87 cherokee with a 3.5 inch lift and 31's. picked it up for 400$ cause it was wrecked on the passenger side.

started pulling parts off it and got what i needed, sold it to pick n pull for 250$ haha

then i started on my jeep after 3 full cans of pb and many cuts and bruises she got installed

Oh yes u can use 703 neon injectors... U can buy a set from a lot of people here, programbo is a well known injector seller here. He rebuilds them and test them. Average 65 a set, u won't regret it!

U can also check your throttle position sensor and o2 sensors. I fixed both on my xj and my mpg improved, because the sensors was getting to be old.

By the way adding "cold air intake" using a cone filter and a piece of pipe doesn't really work. U gotta bring in cold air from outside the engine compartment to actually increase anything.

I did the cowl snorkel intake and increased .5 to 1 mpg. In addition to 2 mpg I got from the neon injectors.
