Project Florida Crawler

so the mild low-buck build(project C.A.J.) on my 92 has ended and im very happy with the way it performs. but, the time has come to start the more advanced tear down and rebuild of the jeep....and so, i thought it was needed to start a new thread for it.

the build will still maintain its driveability around town and the highway, along will being very capaple on the trails and events. this jeep will not be towed anywhere....unless its broken:p

Current setup 5", some 32's, some bedliner, good flex

Build plans
-4 link rear (first on list to be done)
-radius arm front
-belly skids
-8.8 w/ limited slip
-JK/TJ front 44 w/ locker (and some beefing up)
-99 motor (possibly stroker)
-33's or 35's X 12.50s
-4:10's or 4:56's
-sye
-front/ rear bumpers
-rock rails
-new seats
-on board air
-maybe some new seats
-complete tear down of wiring harness
-hidden snorkle setup
-tube doors
-tank relocation
-marine grade stereo and speaker
-and some other trick mods as i go along

this build should come rather quickly i hope, as i have a baby due soon and i wont have much time after that.

sounds like a plan! a big plan!

Two things I wanna ask/say:

1) Why the TJ/JK front 44? Reason why I ask, I know those things can be darn pricey from the get go. Maybe look into building a waggy D44 front. But obviously its up to you. just throwing that out there.

2) new motor will be sweet. I think you should do a 4.7 stroker right away before and when you do a swap. ;)

Sounds sweet! Have it ready by July and bring it to Jeep Beach in Daytona!

1well, i can find them decently cheap as we occasionaly swap them out of customers jeeps. also would like to keep the same bolt pattern as my 8.8. but, if it comes down to it, ill deal with it however i need to.

2. i agree, and if i have time i will do the stroker. but i already have the 99 motor, and my current motor has 260,000 on it. but, well see

Got some goodies in from ballistic fab. Nice pieces.... couldn't make these for the prices they sell them.
