Make sure you get some type of coating on that foam the uv light will degrade it pretty quickly

I like the originality of your back windows, but I think it would be cool if they were snap in. Great build though, keep up the great work.

Do you think the little bit of movement from flexing and wheeling may make those windows pop out? I know it SHOULD be pretty stiff after the cage.

Why did you go with crappy foam on the floor and not weld a plate along the bottom seam? It seams you did to much nice metal work to just skimp out on the floor seam.

All in all this is a nice build and its coming together nicely.

Wow thanks for the comments guys! its refreshing to see someone actually look at this first off, I just did that foam there to be a sound barrier and make it more water tight, I plan on puttin sheet metal to cover that area where the bed slants downwards. And then the windows, I left about an 1/8th in gap between my cut outs and the tubing frame, so.hopefully if it does flex, the rubber seal will absorb it. And if it does.bust one, hopefully its not raining too.hard! but I'll have learned a lesson and I'll just redo it

Cool build. If they made a nice removable top I would rather drive a XJ 2 door than a Wrangler. I can't wait to see when you get more done.

I wish they made a removable top!! I wanted to make some windows that I could snap in or at least vent, but I couldn't figure out how to do that and make them waterproof

what's your plan for tie down attachment points in the bed? I know that's kinda early question to ask. Also everything looks to be coming together very nicely. Good job.

Like strap tie down places? I haven't really thought that far yet honestly, these.last few weeks I've.just been focusing so hard on tryin to get it waterproof that I.haven't given much thought to anything else. I heard there is a possibility of rain on Monday so I'm tryin to finish the back windows and seal the roof and paint all the back sheet metal by then :/ but I will work about 32-34 hours over the next three days so we'll see how much I get done!! thanks for the compliment though! I appreciate all y'alls input, it.helps keep me motivated!
