Ain't done much, I got a new job so I have been busy with that mostly. I threw on the sticker my boss gave me so I could start representin' work ironically he had one Orange left just for me! Maybe now this project will start pickin up speed.

It's been awhile since an update, Been pretty busy with quite a lot of stuff. Trying to get my life on my own started right now. To kinda bring you guys up to speed, my piece 'o heep kept on runnin on till about the beginning of this December. I started having issues where my Jeep would completely lose 100% power for half a second or so then be fine, then it graduated to this plus a wire frying coming from the starter motor relay, so I replaced the relay to only have the same problem only 3 days later. So now I'm stuck With a POS I can't drive and no money to try to start with another. Maybe, hopefully someone out there has an idea as to what I can do. All help is greatly appreciated. Im 19 and am having to sell my now because I find as soon as I get some money put away, something big happens to the jeep. Sorry to hear your going through the same.

Your xj sure looks great! Can you describe the symptoms a little more? Does it feel like its not getting fuel or more of an electrical issue?

Thanks! No it's getting fuel, I'm 80% sure its electrical. I just need need to find the correct diagram so I can at least diagnose which wire keeps getting hot hopefully leading me closer to my solution. I'm not sure how else to describe it, right now I can't even put the key in the ON position without said wire getting hot.

I just turned 22 this month, So I know what ya mean on the "Youngun" thing. I have people tell me Im a youngun all the time. But as long as you bust your A$$ and do what you gotta do to support yourself you'll be fine and she'll pick up speed real quick... lol
I never had money 2 do anything with mine when I was livin at home, but then got me a hell of a job, moved out at 18 and havent looked back since. Now on my 2nd xj since the misses wrecked my white one.... but moral~ keep your head up, always make better moves when you get the opportunity and believe you can make it, and in the end you will.... Sry, Not tryin to pep talk, just sayin....
Cuz I know where your at, lost my kick A$$ job, and now working part time for a buddy of mine just makin bills and a lil extra left to go towards gettin the chero back up and on the road.
But holla if ya need anything man. Srry, I cant help on the wiring prob... 8(
