I just fixed my rust problems and undercoated the inside. It was 3 days of hell. Make sure you wear a respirator or face mask if you're doing it yourself. Yesterday, I coughed up some phlegm that was black with rust and paint debris. I also blew out some rusty boogers. I guess after grinding all the rust and paint away, I inhaled it through my nose when I was breathing. Just a safety warning, though. Next weekend, I'm gonna try to spray some bedliner over the undercoating. The undercoat is a little too soft and it's been drying for over 24 hours. When my buddy bedlined his brushguard, it was was rock hard in less than 12 hours. Be sure to take some pictures of your rust, so I can see if it was as bad as mine

so, got a few things done while at the shop today....
-replaced the brakes
-checked the extent of the rust damage (not to bad, maybe a 1 square foot section ill need to patch
-and finished making my doors removable.
also decided to take some flex pics while i was there. my main issue now is i still have stock lca's and they are completely topped out, i have no droop in the front because of this and its really limiting how far i can drive up the ramp before the back tire lifts. but hopefully this week ill get a chance to make some new LCA's and fix that issue.
front spring completely compressed

Good luck on your rust repair. Here's what mine looked like before I took care of the problem.
You could see my stone driveway right though it. I hope I don't have to do that again in the near future.
Jeep looks good without the doors. Mine are coming off summertime because I have to weld on a new hinge anyway. Do you plan on going with tube doors or just leaving it completely open?

I don't mind completely open, but I'd like a little bit of protection for when I'm wheeling. Natural reaction is to stick your leg out the door and use it as a kickstand when your rolling over and I don't want that to happen. With some modification, S10 tire carriers can be converted into tube doors. To make them fit a 2-door I'll just need to weld on a little extra tubing. Just a suggestion though, nothing wrong with being completely doorless.

Little update...
Trying to get the jeep ready for jeep Beach next weekend. So I did some work to the factory crossmember so I could get rid of the drop spacers. And it turned out pretty good, I got a 1.5" drop without lowering the cropsmember.
Also did some trimming on The front end. And I'm picking up some spacers so I can run my 16" 31's with the 5 w 5 bolt pattern
