Project: Armor!!!
]I started working on my front bumber. Got about 6 hours into it so far and still not done.
But at least now it's on and I don't need to take it off again.

And then today 1 week later did my frame brackets and spent $200 bucks on a new gear box because the bolts holding it in broke And did some reinforcing. I made sure to use antiseize on the new gear box bolts to.

Like I said. it's not finnished yet but looking good and strong. Still gotta fill in the corners and deciding on how to mount a winch. behind it and just have a fairlead with a hook sticking out of the middle or just build a mount on the outside..

Just checked 96xj's Bumper. Looks really really good man. I don't think u can buy anything better than a home fabbed bumper. That piece of steel cost $130 5X4. shop supplies still pending on another bill.

THat seems really expensive... Altho i have not bought new steel in a long time.... I love the scrap "bins" at the steel yard. $0.30 a pound for whatever is in the area of the yard
