Project "Anti-stocker" 1994 XJ build

Okay to start off with, this is my first build thread I've ever made, mainly because we just finished lifting her! :D
I'm nowhere even close to being done, but I guess that's just how it is when you own an XJ.

So I spent MONTHS decided what I wanted to get (all the while saving up money), constantly changing things and finally ended up with this:

LIFT: Rubicon Express 4.5" SuperFlex /w full new rear packs.

SHOCKS: Skyjacker Hydro 7000's.

STEERING DAMPER: Skyjacker Hydro 7000 Heavy-duty.

WHEELS: Black Rock Steel 15x8 Classic 8's, in Satin black with 4.5" BS.

TIRES: ProComp Extreme M/T 31x10.50R15's.

BUMPER: Nates 4x4 front bumber with brushguard and D-ring and light tabs.

My dad and I worked on this project together. The lift took us a lot longer than I had expected it too (mainly because of bolts).
It ended up taking us 3 weeks to finish the lift because he only had time to work on the weekend.

Finally before I go on, I wanted to put in a "good word" for Nate at Nates4x4.
I know a lot of people were very upset because of how long he used to take.
Things have changed! He is now VERY quick to respond to questions, create and send his products!
I ordered my bumper, he made it and had it to my door in 6 days! I love it!

Now, on to the pictures!

This is before the "anti-stock" process began (she looks so in need of lifting :tt2:)

Finally, to the end product

To sum it all up (for a short time until further mods) here is the finished product.

Today was the first day I got to take it out, and I was trying to get some flex, but didn't have the right angle.
I know if I find somewhere with the right angle I can get a LOT more flex out of this kit.

Until then enjoy

Well the way I see it is, an XJ is an XJ no matter what it looks like. And the dirtier they are, the more Jeep-like ;-)

Yeah we noticed that too, but I think it was because of the axle still being all the way down and not everything connected yet.
They straightened out when we got everything on.

Thanks for the complement!

Okay, so ran into a HUGE problem today!..... I could not find ANYTHING in the yard that I could over-flex her on. This is not good.....
