Well last weekend I got the opportunity to clean the XJ fairly well (will be clay barred tomorrow).
The results are pretty satisfying..for 15 year old paint and something that was used as a work truck this thing is gorgeous. Patriot Blue is a disaster to keep clean, but man..when it's clean 😍
Dropped in some 360* Cree reverse bulbs
And some Merica' on the fenders

Nice! That blue cleans good!
I guess that's typical at mom and pops tire shops...
That's happened a couple times on my Comanche and Cherokee...
Great score on the tires

Did some wheeling Saturday that turned into a 10+ hour trip.
Coppingers Cove is one of my favorite places to go and it's local. Poor YJ went in and broke both upper and lower ball joints, shaft, and ujoint while coming out of the cave..
Here is a quick video I whipped up showing some of the trip:

So as of today I have:
5.5" RE Coils
RE 1660 Double Sheer Chromoly TB and 1665 Bracket
3" franken leaf packs
RE Boomerang Shackles
Just ordered HD Offroad Engineering Relocaters...so waiting on those to arrive.
When I get the $ I will also be ordering the Fox 2.0 Remote Resis
Got to get the new suspension installed first and then measure for the shocks.

Decided to go ahead and toss the new track bar on..
Jesus the difference in the McDonald's straw rough country one and the chromoly rubicon express one is night and day..plus the frame bracket on the RE is about 20 pounds by itself
Big thanks to B. Lee's off-road for letting me use some shop space to swap it
(Also a shot of my 3 year old monster terrorizing the shop)

Buddy agreed to laser cut a custom cross member with 3 link bracketery in return for me building his website. The links will be .25 wall DOM with Currie Joints. The autocad picture above is a bit of a sneak peak as to what the crossmember will look like. Will sit very high and tight, and have side bracing for the member itself.
The rear is currently a D35 since I have ABS...im on the hunt for either a 29 spline 8.25 or a ready to bolt in 8.8
