Project Little Indian.

So I did a thing. The P.O. said it was overheating. I pulled the dipstick and found a milkshake. So I'm hoping it only needs a head gasket, and I'll fix it up and flip it! I decided to rename the project to "Little Indian. Due to the sticker on the back window, and of course, it's a cherokee. |
Nice nothing wrong with making a few bucks and in turn fix it up for someone else to drive!

That trailer is over kill for that Jeep lol. What does that trailer weigh? I'm looking at a few trailers and not sure if I want to go the gooseneck/fifthwheel setup or hitch style yet.

So the bad.....When i got it home, i noticed the airbag has been deployed, and duck tape over the steering wheel where the seams split, upon inspection it seems they cut the header panel to open the hood. hmmm. well maybe i can still market it as a trail beater or town commuter. Tomorrow ill drain the oil and start pulling the head off. But......even if it is toast, $400 got me 2 axles, all the brake lines i need, and a NP231 to swap in to my 90 and the materials to swap my 90 to an open cooling system. The PO said they put a brand new water pump and thermostat in it.

Damn that sucks but like you said you will get stuff out of it. Should be able to part out a few more things like doors, hatch, interior parts, etc and make a little extra cash.
That is a heavy trailer but for your purpose I can see why having a trailer is needed. That is nothing for that Ram anyhow considering it is Cummins unless my eye's were playing tricks on me. |

Some more shots. Note the hood gap. I think I have a 97 hood in my shed, I'll test fit. its almost as if they cut the header panel with a sawzall to get the hood open

Welp, after driving this thing for 2 days, Ive decided I jsut going to part it out. The fact that the airbags have been deployed, the interior wreaks of cigarrette smoke, The PO hacked up all the interior wiring and speakers, the rear power door locks dont work, and the rear doors are barelly hanging on the hinges. i doubt i will be able to re-sell it. So once i get the title, i will start tearing it apart

I have to ask. You didn't notice the duct tape until you got it home?

Not a bad deal. Would cost you $400 for the parts you're looking to pull for your own projects. If you got the time and space, should be able to make your money back selling off the other parts.
