Project: Lets not let the wife find out how much Im spending
Alright so I got this yesterday. My plans for it are to clean it up and do some lite wheeling. It's a bit rough but its to be expected from 1992, it came with a 5" lift, 33'' tires, snorkle and no headliner!
So far I ordered a dash cover (to cover up the cracks), a master bushing kit & tomorrow Im dropping it off at a shop to get a new headliner put on.
Like I said my plans are to clean it up, fix the little issues its got here and there and up grade just enough to get a little mud once in a while.

Haha thanks.
So far it drives good the only issues are the non working speedo, does it run off a cable or sensor? The other issue is that the power locks don't work and if I manually lock them the key won't unlock the door wth?

Alright i found it that its the actuator on the driver side door not working....easy fix.
Well with weather being horrible I really haven't done much to it, I did change out the belt since it was squeling like a pig. It seems like its clearing out today so maybe ill post up some pics of the interior and new headliner

nice jeep ! i like the build name lol
sorry to say it but your prob not gonna be too happy with those poly bushings. they last longer than rubber but poly transmits a ton of vibes
the speedo hopefully will be an easy fix.
look at the back of your transfer case and you will see wires going into it. thats your speedo gear. make sure the wires are connected and the plugs arnt corroded follow it into the engine bay and you will find another connector off the main wiring harness. make sure that is also connected and not corroded
if the wires/connectors are good.
pull the speedo sensor gear from the tcase and replace it.
its got one bolt on a metal bracket holding it in place. remove the bolt and firmly pull the speedo gear out. the speedo senor has numbers on it that correspond to the number of teeth on the gear. make sure you line the numbers up to the little raised dot/bump on the tcase when you install the new one
if it still isnt working at this point the dash cluster is no good and needs to be replaced (less likely)

Thanks man I was wondering where the sensor was. The bushings will more than likely not bother me too much, I'm used to harsh rides.
This weekend I have to work so I think I'm actually gonna have to pay someone to change my power steering pump out for me.
