My old build thread was long dead so I thought I would start a new one.

So since my last update I have added a a rubicon express 2.5 inch BB lift with shocks, replaced all my front bushings, replaced the outer pinion seal on my d30 added an oem rear tire carrier



And I have several projects in the works

And I am currently working on adding recovery points to the jeep. I picked up 2 4x5 sheets of steel from a scrap yard. One is 1/4" thick and the other is 3/16" thick. I also got a 12' piece of 2 1/2x 2 1/2 1/8"thick square tubing.
Over the weekend I made a set of tow hook brackets







And I made a front receiving hitch to be used for a winch.




Yes I know I made a mistake in my design I will work on fixing it this weekend.
Also in the works: hi-lift hood mounts, new rear bumper brackets, and a rear receiving hitch.
My overall plans for the jeep have changed a lot since I started. The plan as it stands now is 33" tires, 4.56 gears, 4.5" BDS lift kit, front and rear e-lockers, and "hack-n'-tap" SYE for my 242.
