Figured I might start a build thread. A lot of the stuff I've done I've copied so may not see much new stuff here. I don't know how this will go since I'm not on here much anymore and I don't take a whole lot of pics but I guess you can just watch the progress and ask questions if you need to.

Heims and brackets for Ota track bar and along with chevy tre steering.
Finally got me a sweet car hauler.
Installed 4.8s ( no pics but Im locked fr and r with lunchbox style lockers)
BTF diy d30 cover
Sweet flux core welds bruh.
Stretched the ears on front shafts at windrock. Good thing I brought my spares and had them on me! And thank god for my cordless impact.
Bought some custom tmi weld on beadlocks!
Bds 4.5" leafs.
Heims and brackets for 3 link. Decided to make my own brackets instead of use these though.
Decided I needed gas to weld on stiffeners and 2x6 rockers.
Made some brackets for 1.25 heims at work.
Cut off lca frame mounts (pita)
Sweet wedding band for my wedding in may.
Weakened my unibody only to beef it up.

As of now I'm mostly done welding stiffeners on. I have a iro tcase clocking jig on the way along with some front shocks and some inner c gussets. I'm gonna try to have 3 link, rockers, and beadlocks done before may. Taking another trip to Tennessee. So far I don't have anyone coming with so meet me there so I have someone to wheel with! If time allows I might go ahead and boatside and throw on a flat belly skid. I'm still trying to decide on what tires to get. My Mastercrafts are decent but with only a 2 ply sidewall they won't last with beadlocks. I'm either going with mtrs with kevlar or go full awesome and get some trepador bias and break everything then have to go 1 ton and sell them.

Another pic of brackets. I'm going to try out iron rocks almost alloy kit. I stretched the ears on my stock shafts in like 10 mild wheeling trips. Even if it doubles the life of the shafts I'll be happy. Not about to drop the coin on chromos on a d30. Finally got my chop saw wired up. Still need to make a reducer bushing. Saw bladed I have have a bigger arbor diameter. Got my 2x6 for rockers, 2x4 for xmember, and 2x.25 dom for lower arms. Also need to do some floor repair what a suprise.

Yes it worked awesome no dead spot even still. I'm up to 4.75" lift up front because I got sick of driving on my bumpstops so it's not as good but still way better than stock. If I have the time/money ill be adding hydro assist also.

Got my iro shipment today. Clocked case 10*. From what I read it should have been enough but it just barely sits underneath frame now so I'll prolly end up getting another output housing and clocking 15*. But I did get my stiffeners finished up so I can check that off the list. Cut a hole in my rusty floors for acess to output housing holts. What a pita.

Aw4. I got one from a 94 but where the sensor goes in is different. My buddy might have one but I'll definitely keep it in mind. Better than trying to pull on at the jy.
