Well to start things off this is a bare bones cheapo J/Y build that I picked up for FREE all comments welcome
Vehicle: 1989 Cherokee ... or use to be
Axles: Stock 30 and 8.25 3.54 gears Welded because lockers are for pussies
Front shafts: what ever I pull out of the J/Y
Lift: 100% bastard pack rear RE 6 inch coil and JK lower arms with stretched upper stock
Tires: 1/4 tread Swamper's 33's
Safety: Two CJ roll bars welded together for passenger and driver protection
stock seat belts

Day one
Here is after acquiring a header panel and building a front bumper

What are your plans for this????? I'm really curious cuz that is a pretty rough start. If you can get it up and running it will for sure be a beastly machine on the trails. Good luck man

I am still going trough the wiring here and there to have only what is needed to make it run .
I still need to fix the oil pan there is a dent in it

Today I removed the heat box and control as well as all of the wiring that was not necessary. Need to put new spark plugs in it

That thing is ugly as ****...
With that being said, I love it and wish I had the room for a beater like this to just have some carefree fun with.
Ill be watching this for sure.

a true beater! me and my buddy built a jeep like this with scrap parts laying around the shop. definitely the most fun you can have for cheap. I'm definitely building another one some day.
