So let me dust this puppy off and catch everyone up to the latest happenings. Not much has changed since my last postings other then changed my fluids, switched out the fuel injectors and did some basic driving. Took it on its first camping trip in which I discovered a rear main seal leak, :-( With life as it is between working on the budget and not having any time things were going at a snails pace honestly. Fast forward to today, 2 weeks ago I was t-boned by a drunk driver in my DD. Suddenly my jeep has been upgraded to my first string vehicle. Yea! And now all the work I had planned needs to be sorted into, need to be done right now, need to be done soon, and can wait. The good thing is the wife planned to give me the equivalent of one months mortgage payment (finally getting to close on our house) so I need to figure out how much to get done and in what order. I also need to figure out which of these I will be tackling myself or taking to a shop to have done. First two things on my list is changing the rear main seal and getting the lift done as that will replace about 3/4 of the suspension. I think from there changing some steering components and replacing the power steering pump (starting to make a lot of noise) and possibly the steering box. Anyone have any opinions or other ideas in,am not have thought of?
