I don't have the pictures up yet but in my '79 Jeep Cherokee Chief the original seats were a bit on the worn down and old stage. So one day I went up into our attic and saw our '86 camaro seats that we took out and stored a while back so me and my brilliant 17 year old guy mind I told my dad (the fat white dude pressure washing the chief in my pics.) that I found some really cheap seats and then he said okay well put them in your jeep so I did and then he came back out 10 min later and he saw them and said that i was brilliant for thinking about using those as the new seats so (when I upload the pics.) I now have power seats in my Chief.

This is the cross brace I welded in for a little bit more strength
The little legs you see here are to lift the seat enough for me to see over the hood lmao

Nice job, i bet those are a lot more comfortable than the stockers.

I might be buying an old FSJ Cherokee, but I have to think of something for new seats... the previous owner left the rear window down, and cats destroyed the drivers seat.
