Here is my '95 Cherokee Sport. Stay tuned as the mods are coming it's just hard with 3 kids in my household. I bought it in April and have fixed a couple small odds and ends but nothing major yet has been done. I've got a Rustys 3.5" spring pack kit that's ready to go in that I will be working on this weekend.

Default Words of advice

Start pb blasting bolts now for the lift install, especially the front and rear shock mounts, and the front and rear main eye leaf bolts. and ditch the rear sway bar while your in there.

At this point I had also removed the body side molding (it was coming off on some of the doors) and installed a radio system, I'll post some pictures in future posts. Also found lots of rust in the floor pans, especially on the passenger floor board. I've seen lots of projects of guys doing floor pans on this forum that I will be copying, lots of good stuff. Personally I can't believe I overlooked that when buying it, but I don't think it would have stopped me from purchasing it since I got a really good deal on it.

The only problem that i've ran into with Rusty's is they sent me the wrong u-bolts. I could have sworn I told them I had the 8.25 rear end and they sent me one for the dana 30/35. Not a big deal. I just bought some extra ones locally and Rusty's said that they will replace the ones they sent me, I just need to send the wrong ones back.

Back in April when I got it I had to replace the blower fan, here are some pictures with the new fan installed. Heat is good.

I bought some used wheels off craigslist for a really good deal, it's been a process getting them refinished, but they're all painted and bolts reinstalled in the reinforcement rings. I'll take pictures of the finished wheels later but here are the wheels when I first got them. Kind of haggered.

So I also replaced the exhaust manifold that had massive cracks in it, but was wondering why the exhaust is still kind of load and I was smelling lots of exhaust, but that was before I realized that my passenger floor boards had huge rust holes. My women was mad when she saw the holes thinking she could have fallen out, or says the kids could have fallen out. Haha

Anybody who has any experience with the Rustys lifts, do the lower control arms mount with the adjustable side to the axle or to the rear mounts? It doesn't say anything about that in their instructions.
