First couple projects around the house are complete, aaaaaand the donor rig sold over the holidays to make room for a more "usable" solution

Sold the Rubicon after owning it and wheeling it for a while, just wasn't ever comfortable in the platform offroad and to get to where I wanted the capability to be I was going to end up on 40's and tons...not something I have the budget to build in the foreseeable future.
So I bought a nice daily driver
Then I began the hunt for another XJ to build, in my area of central FL rust is a problem from all the folks that bring their rigs down here to retire and such, and the prices of XJs have gone UP in the last few years. Found one!
