I picked this one up about four monthes ago and recently purchased a 3" RC lift (with new rear leafs)(got a great deal...thanks jason) with adjustable control arms and a set of jks quick discos. Paid off the tires today, brand new BFG mud terrain KM2's and 15x8 black steelies. Hopefully will be putting it all on Saturday morning starting at 0800. Im so stoked. I had a 2wd 2door before I joined the army and my brother in law is still driving it to this day.
I got it for 2300 with 142000 on it. It has a seet that had destroyed the bracket and I was leaning into the center console. I paid 100 to get that a new bracket welded and the chair fixed so that I wasnt destroying the center console by leaning on it. She has been in a fender bender (literally) and the right rear has a dent just behind the rear fender and before the bumper.
So so far I have made the purchase of the cherokee and the lift kit and the tires oh and this membership (still waiting on my stickers ). I had no idea cherokeeforum existed or else I would have pictures of seat repair to post up here too but this is what she looks like. Also what she looked like the day I got her.

Future plans include a sye and a jump up to about 5" lift, not really sure how yet. Before that I want to pull and stroke the engine and replace the tranny. I want to do this because I love my cherokee and intend to drive it FOREVER!!!

But before that I have 360 left from my lifting budget, does anyone have any ideas? There is a 4x4 swap meet coming up next weekend and I was thinking about spending it there. Maybe gears or a new muffler? Something to restore the power that Im going to loose when I put the bigger tires? Any ideas?
