My UAV ZJ
94 limited with 250,000 miles
Not really much done. Stock http://c2.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...d697b86bfd.jpg 31x10.5 Dunlops installed. http://c3.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...2e135ceace.jpg RE 2" BB lift and shocks installed. http://c3.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...64bcbaca12.jpg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=http:...?v=Hjsfa03_h6I Future plans are to swap out the 249 for a 242 and get a front locker. Where can I get tow hooks for the front? Edit: I guess this is my best bet http://www.eriejeeppeople.com/ejpfor...showtopic=1264 I'd rather have d rings in the front though. |
Where is that place in the video located? As you can tell I'm also from New Jersey and I'm always looking for some new trails to play on :headbang:
Oh wait! Isn't that part of Wharton??

nice Jeep, looks like time for new bumper!
we are actually just going to fix it for now and install some tow hooks. I want to build him bumpers but he likes to drag his feet. one of the reasons why he doesnt even have decent tires yet.

Just doing an update so that I have some kind of log as to when I did some things.
Installed my front tow hooks last week and I am currently outside changing plugs, wires, cap and router. What a pain to change the cap. |
plans for the 242 tc are not happening.................... got a 231 instead. apart on my bench awaiting parts then it can go in next week.
nice looking ZJ, kind of reminds me of mine, before I dropped a bunch of money into it, lol. Let's just say its a little taller now.
So what exactly is considered a lot of rear spring sag? I know stock dimensions are around 17". Is 1/2 to 3/4" of sag excessive enough to warrant new spring packs over shackles?
