2004 WJ 4.7 2.5 In. Lift with 17 in Moabs
Started on WJ build. My goal is to camping sites and fishing spots around Texas and Norhtern Mexico. Started with installing Fat Bob's Garage 2.5 Lift Springs. It had 2 inch spacers but they had started to sag.

Not too many people build these. It will be interesting so see where this goes

And considering how cheap some of these can be bought for, at least in my area, I am surprised that not more folks do.

I have a good 4.7L and tranny that is going to go into a cheap one with a blown motor. Not sure I will build it though. Of course I said that about my XJ too :D

Found wj front tow hooks and skid plate at junker..$32 score. Putting them on soon.

Experienced the dreaded DW after putting on lift. Checked front suspension..installed fresh upper lower and tie rod ends, swapped out bushings on track bar, replaced lower control arms(worn bushings) and upper front control arm bushings. Wanted to install adjustable front control arms..but will hold off as i got a good deal on moog lower control arms for the mean time.
