It is my favorite of the available factory ones, seems the only problem is you have to do the Hack n Tap instead of a SYE kit which sucks, but living in snow country I love my 4WD Part Time, wouldn't give it up. I have never had an issue with one even wheeling the crap out of my old Jeep with 35's and the 242.

I started by taking off my grill. Just need a phillips screw driver. Easy enough!

Took the metal cover across the radiator off, it put up a fight all the bolts rusted up from years of heat and yuck. Got it out of the way and got the cooling clamps on so i didnt lose any antifreeze.

Such wonderful yard ordaments! :)

Attachment 168762

Swapping everything over from the old radiator to the other!

I dropped my front skid plate to replace my crank shaft position sensor. I must say rustys offroad builds some tough skidplates!!!! I bought their engine/trans skid, 1" drop cross member, and the t case skid and i used the crap out odd them last trail run and i didn't even scratch the powder coating!!!!!

Ok been waiting for this to come in. Strangely all my local autopart stores had gauges but they didn't have sending units included. Why awesome gauge? Because race Jeep. Lol
