A buddy of mine just bought the DIY kit from JCR Offroad and it looks really good. It was only $199.
They also offer a winch setup for $299.
I haven't decided which one I'm going with, but from what I saw with his it was very good quality and workmanship on the laser cut plates. If you have a welder and don't mind sweating a bit, it's a huge money saver over one that's already built.
