I never had mine lifted when I did it. Use a soft faced hammer when you beat it out, if you have one. Yeah, just remove and replace.

Yup, a couple of good hits should do it. Don't try prying it.. just beat it out.

I never use one. Just tighten it till you can see the bushing compress a little bit.

i am pretty sure you dont have to change the mount to go to a double shear trac-bar. I wanna say i read something some where that you can drill the hole out to fit a bigger bolt and do it that way. HOWEVER if you go through rusty's i believe it comes with it anyways. here is the link its only 189..only..lol http://rustysoffroad.com/mm5/merchan..._Code=SUS_TRAC

SYE= Slip Yoke Eliminator

It basically converts the back of your Transfer Case to reduce Driveline vibrations caused by too much lift.

The back of your transfer case now probably looks like this

The SYE is a way to upgrade the Rear of the TC to reduce vibrations and the likelyhood that your driveline decides it wants to do it's impression of London Bridge (Falling down/out) when you flex out just a little too much. . Seen here

I believe that an SYE kit requires a rear drivline swap to a CV Style Shaft.

(Tom Woods is the most popular brand for these)

Hope I could help!

Nice jeep by the way, its a great start!
