I'm also in Illinois just north of Decatur. As far as the joint on the track bar I thought it looked solid, haven't got a good test drive yet due to the snow.

Badlands is ablast you got sand dunes, tons of trails, and an old rock query to crawl in. I do want to make it up to the cliffs this spring
