Made no progress today broke one upper rear shock bolt off, I'm going to have to drill and retap it out tomorrow. I also managed to pull some threads out of the right front spring hanger bolt that is welded on the frame, had to order a tap for that no one in town had one. I have not trimmed yet and as far as tire clearance goes I can't say yet till I get the back bolted together and get it sitting on the ground

You put a bolt on the top side. There is a really good vid on I on you tube, and I think there is a write up on this sight.
Basically you just punch out the broken bolts, get some new bolts nuts washers ect... And some steel tie wire. Wrap the tie wire around the threads if the bolt, with a flat washer and a lock washer on it and fish the wire thru the bolt hole from the wide hole next to where the shock mounts, then use a nut and washer on the bottom. I did all 4 of mine this way, and they are easy to in bolt and put back. I'll find a write up or some pics.
You can see the hole you put the bolt in thru in the top of the first pic I posted, this is super simple and much easier and stronger than drilling and tapping an old rusty nut.

Gona change things up a bit, I just ordered the Hyme joint end drop track bar and a drop pitman arm. The tierod end adjustable bar that came with the kit is junk. After recouping some funds over the next few weeks ill be switching to a knuckle under 1ton crossover steering setup. If I still have death wobble after this I will blow the jeep up
