Well after gathering some parts its time to start building, As of now I have my 33's new wheels and a set of tj Rubicon flairs. Im in it for 500$ at this point . Now its time to gather new suspension parts.

Got my rc 4.5 full leaf kit. Was going to install this weekend but they forgot to send the flex joint wrench. I should at least get my fenders cut this weekend.

Made some progress today got the coils in, it been a slow going install so far every bolt needed hit with the ol gas ax

And is it normal for the axle to suck towards the back? This is making getting the new lower arms in a pain in the ***

You need to put a ratchet strap on the front and crank the axle forward as far as u need to go.

I was kinda leaning that direction

Used a ratchet strap and the front flew together. Backs a bit slow going all the bolts are stuck in the bushings. Hopefully I have it done tomorrow

Looking good! Looks like it sits pretty nice for 4.5" what size wheels aand tires? Looks like they ggot a nice stance.

Heading back to shop to make the final push. As far as the wheels go I might step it down to an 8, ill see how it rides first.

Nice build. How does the 4.5 fit with the 33s? How much fender did you cut? What gearing?

Made no progress today broke one upper rear shock bolt off, I'm going to have to drill and retap it out tomorrow. I also managed to pull some threads out of the right front spring hanger bolt that is welded on the frame, had to order a tap for that no one in town had one. I have not trimmed yet and as far as tire clearance goes I can't say yet till I get the back bolted together and get it sitting on the ground
