Nope. Replaced the TC and still there. Only goes away when I pull the front drive shaft. Replaced the DS and it's still there. It's gotta be a U-Joint or something in the axle. I'm stumped and so are 3 different shops. It'll show its ugly face when the lift goes on.

Big day today!!! Placed my order for wheels and tires. 33" MTR's with Soft 8's. I'm pretty excited. Shocks should be here the same time as the wheels. The old girl will be ready to roll out of the shop once that happens.

Stopped by the shop today to check on things with the Jeep. To my surprise, she was sitting all pretty outside and just about ready to go home. Just waiting on the driveshaft and she done phase 1. Here is a little sneak peak of what has happened in the past 3 weeks. I'll have more details and final lift measurements once she's actually home.

Thanks man! That means a lot coming from you. I will have it up at Rausch on the 25th, doing some easy trails to break her in. I still need to put the CB in it along with the antenna and source a front bumper for some tow points.

I'm looking forward to seeing more details and specs. I really like the way it has turned out and am looking for a similar setup myself. After reading this thread I just added the HD Offroad stiffeners to my list as well, thanks for that tip.

She should be home on Friday if everything goes to plan. I'll have the updates on this weekend unless my wife has something planned for us and my daughter.

Well I pulled the trigger on a front bumper. Amazon had a deal I couldn't pass up. Should be here just in time for Rausch Creek on the 25th.

Smittybilt XRC. It's a big bumper and I love it. My buddy had one and I've wanted one for my next build, which is this one.

My driveway has a weird slant to it. It sit pretty level.when on level ground. I'm very happy with the outcome. Bumper is here on Monday.

I'll have some measurements up this evening when my wife gets home to help with with daughter. She doesn't really like it when she's not getting all the attention.
