Default My 2wd 1998 XJ

yea it kinda sucks its 2wd but hey it was a gift I never go offroad but said what the hell lets do it, and to my surprise I didnt get stuck (maybe cause i got some decent offroad tires for the back), even tho the place wasnt all that muddy I had some fun, I might do it more often. Also my bad if the pics go to another section of the forums still new around here :P and hello from puerto rico

She is mostly stock, I have only changed the sound system. would like to do a lift kit in the future, paint the bumpers and rims and maybe a locker for some occasional fun.

you could always sell it and get a 4wd. dime a dozen and cheap. just a thought. looks good though

nice dude, don't let anyone hate on a 2wd. mine is 2wd and i go all over the place! its all about how you drive.

So the other day I went to a Jeep show and got some lights for 25$ (the pair)


began by taking off the grill, making the holes for the mount



then I mounted the lights



and to power them up I just hooked them up to the fog lights below



finished look

today i had a few cash so i went and got a new blue bulb

just pulled it open



this is the ones I got



plugged it in



the picture doesn't do it justice, looks way better in person



in the coming days in gonna start on my roof rack based on the one a guy posted that didn't need welding

haha yes indeed! was gonna post later tonight, nothing big but I painted my grill white and got paint for my bumpers which is coming soon

also got new super white lights for my fog lights and my lift kit is gonna come early december after my bday on Nov 24

today I decided to paint my grill white! and also got new bulbs for my fog lights




picked this up for $6



fog with new bulb (super white)



this is what happens when you get cheap paint... had to go out and buy a better one that worked great

I wish I could do this build faster but being at university full time makes it a bit hard.. lift kit should be coming in early december after my bday on Nov 24

small update, im going to be buying my lift kit this weekend and hopefully install it soon im gonna get 3''

also some used leaf packs almost new. so lots of new pictures coming next week!
