yea i know nut in life is ever that easy just got to have some patience and give it another try after i buy some more wire but idk what iam doing wrong its just melting right thourgh my metal i even lower the heat down still doing the same i even tryed to spot weld it then lay down a bead will take some pics and show you and may be someone can tell me what iam doing wrong iam useing 22 guage

whats your welder set up? and are you doing butt welds or over laping it? you dont really want to run a long bead on thin sheet metal it will warp it you gota do a bunch of tacks or a bunch of small beads.

not forsure i think 110 mig but got alot of progress done today got the passenger side done got to go get more metal in the am wish i could find a place to buy it by the sheet will be posting pic up 2mm then for some reason my brakes calipers are sticking so i have to check into that and see why it doing that for

going to go pick up a spare motor on fri for 60 idk if i should use it for a stroker or just rebuild it for stock the only thing it need is a cam and new valve spring has 60000 on rebuild it already has

well its been sometime since i wrote anything so here my updat i just order a set of 31x10.50x15 wild country mtx with dc rims plus all new brakes,rotors,ball joints,calipers still got some rust repair cant wait 4 that nightmare to be done with will post pics asap
