Good catch.. I was wondering about that, bleeder should be on top as that's where all the air in the caliper will be..

I have to put my Name on the list of followers as you are doing a great job putting your rig together.

Sorry still no time to do a full write up of the build. But I at least wanted to post some pictures. Exciting news, after 4 months its bake on the road. With a wife and daughter my only times to work on it is from 8:30pm till I go to bed. So its been moving slow but very exited to say its back on the road and drives 10000 times better then it used to. No dead spots in the steering, tracks well, and doesn't wounder. I still haven't had it out on the highway but will soon. I still do not have a steering stabilizer or a sway bar on it. Sway bar just needs to be bolted on and the steering stabilizer tabs need to be welded on. Ill do some more test driving before I gusset the upper track bar mount.

I was worried about my shocks body hitting the spring pad at full flex. Turns out they clear with lots of room. I am waiting for one last thing. I am missing a nut for my passenger side tie rode. So I am currently running a Moog 1 ton on the passenger side instead of an offset tie rod. So I do not have full steering.

But so far I find this to be well worth the tie spent. cant wait to get out and do some highway test driving.

Up next.
Front bumper in the next day or two.
Then gas tank skid plate
then full roll cage.
New rear long travel shocks.

Overall I am trying to build the perfect rig for me. Something for shuttling mountain bikeing, to hunting, to driving across state and going wheeling. Nothing too crazy but something capable.

Got my front bumper close. Should be done tomorrow night. Wanted a super light, strong bumper that maximized clearance.

Default Update June 2019

Well I got my front bumper 100% done. Bent up some 1.5" tubing and added some kick outs on my rock sliders. Now stick out 3" past the door rocker. Also added some hockey pucks as lower bump stop spacers. I now hit bump stops with 1" of shock left.

Ive gotten out wheeling a couple of times. Cant wait to do more.

Up next, Hydraulic Assist Steering, Mid frame stiffeners, Full roll cage, Front ARB

Here are some pictures.
