Alrighty then! I've finally picked up the Cherokee! After two months of waiting. Building the engine, shoving it in, it finally Runs!!!!
Specs: 4.0L, Automatic Transmission, NP231 Transfer Case, Chrysler 8.25 in the rear and a Dana 30 in the front.
I Bought it from a friend that had bought it as a project, but he never really got around to it. He and his dad Rebuilt the Motor with Everything and I mean EVERYTHING New. So the rest of it has 210,000 on it!
So, the Jeep came with Air Lift Shocks, and Block Spacers in the rear. (From what I can see) the Previous Previous owner had 35s on it, Rubbing Real Bad. So we sold the 35's n rims and bought new ones! (33's).
So the Air shocks and Ghetto Suspension has to go ASAP, (My plans) (so far) are to throw on a RC 4.5 X Series lift kit, (with leaf springs) and keep the 33"s. Slip yolk eliminator too! I'm just afraid of rubbing, And later on build a front bumper with D Rings, simple n clean, and a rear bumper with a tire swing out. Skid plates, all that good armor stuff!
I've added a bunch of photos, I know how much we like photos!

Welcome! Sounds like quite the project but you seem to have a grasp of it.
Are you in Miami? If so, you should introduce yourself to these guys:

FUEL PUMP TOOK A ****
So I'm driving around, and it just bogs down and dies doesn't start from there I had to push it home because I was down the block....
Got home, Scaned the computer and got a fuel sender unit voltage to high code. The relay was working, and so was the pump. So I decided to drop the tank and see what was in there.
Crud and crap and dirt and a Filter that was in pieces. Fuel pump seemed to be original, so I went ahead and ordered a whole new Assembly.
Now we sit and wait for said fuel pump in the mail. 😁😁😁
Sorry for the random photos, I neglected to take them as I was doing the job.

Today I had to do the brake lines and Calipers because the passenger side front wheel locked up on me. So I did them both in one shot, drained and flushed the brake fluid! It's like every day I'm doing something after work!
