if your had to put a motor in xj bcz yours blew up! what would you do? just go back with 4.0l or is there upgrade and how much we looking at?

look up the 4.6 strokers they are sick, not sure about the price, but they are pretty spendy i think

I will do that. thank you very much! what do you know about that? i just know the time is going to come whens mine going to kick the bucket so im trying to get idea how much i need to put aside! do you know how much it coast for just another 4.0?

a reman stock 4.0 is about $1200 - $1500 from a couple of websites

does anybody know how much 4.7 stroker is? and say i went to a 4.7 from 4.0l would i have to change my gear ratios or would those still work?
