MINI quad sized Jeep

Has anyone here built an off road go kart or small Jeep? Im interested in a new project like this just for fun.

something i'm trying to find time and funds to get underway... maybe not a fullsize adult, but a younger adult sure :D

Looks like they took the Jeep body frame off a powerwheels and stuck it on a quad. sounds like fun. I don't have much room to do anything like that where I live thought.
