ls swap and one tons
Alright guys. This is my second build on this forum, and what is now my 5th cherokee.
What i did was buy a stripped out jeep with no rust. (which is very rare here in vermont) My last jeeps frame became so rotted and soft it ripped a control arm off and snapped in the back.
May she rest in peace
But im over that. Here is the new project.

My jeeps last mission was to drag the new toy out of the swamp
Spent all day winching it out after my jeep broke a control arm mount. Then pulled it into the shop, and finished stripping it down. Pulled the drivetrain to make room for some actual power.
Then I got an 03 silverado.
So i pulled the 5.3 liter out, and took the 14 bolt rear end.
and thats how this started.
I did a lot of research before hand, and quickly realized novak adapters was going to become a friend.
I bought there engine mounts, which worked great.
And i also went with there headers. Because i am sure your aware of how tight you I6 fit is, Just imagine this v8, Its tight..

Oh is that a 6 lug semi floating axle? It's hard to tell on my phone. I just don't know what rpo codes from the factory would get you a 14b and a 5.3 in the same truck
