Since the truck was only 2 wheel I need to make a t-case selector . I always had problems with the factory shifters popping out so I decided to fab my own
This is what a factory tcase shifter looks like for those who don't no Attachment 323257 Here is what I came up with ... On the tcase I flipped and cut the selector arm in half and added an inch so it would have enough throw without issues Attachment 323258 Figured I'd throw a ruler up just incase someone wants to do this on there own Here you can see the tcase selector cut ,flipped, and added to Attachment 323259 This is the style hiem joint I'm using so under unibody flex nothing pops out grinds or that nonsense plus they were about 5 bucks a piece at my local hardware store Attachment 323260 Here is the bottom of the floor board Attachment 323261 Don't mind the screws it's holding it in place while I replace one by one with a welded nut under the floor board so this all bolts together Here is what it looks like inside the truck Attachment 323262 And all together underneath Attachment 323263 |

Looks good so far. I have the same tires. Ran my first trail a week ago on them 1 day after I got them put on, they stuck to rocks and kept good traction in mud.
Get 4.88s for those axles. It's a perfect ratio for wheeling IMHO Let me know how you like them long arms, I've been looking at the same ones Keep up the good work man |

Mines an auto, I run about 2200 rpm at 65 on the highway. But down a hill climb or steep trail in 1st gear I don't have to touch the brakes and I'm going like 1 mph if that
