The Jeep Gods Are Pleased
well its time i start building up my '87 xj, its just going to be a trail rig & semi "rock crawler", its sitting on 31s stock lift? (but it sits as high as my buddys 3" for some resoan..maybe because the d44 leaf pack & police package..idk. ) but im thinking a 3" on 33's. im doing this very cheap just so i can go out & have alittle fun!!
day i got it.
i got some crap from a few members about my $50 jy "cage"..but if anything its beeter than the one rustys sells...
now on to the new pics...
starting to paint it today
got the front fenders cut, & the rears folded in..still neet to smooth them out.
still have a lot to do, but shes getting there...hopefully ya'll like it & dont bash me to hard haha

I think its a great start. I actually like the rollcage idea as a starting point to build a cage from. What kind of truck did that rollcage come off of? Im sure if you built some cross bars and other stuff off of it it would be sturdy.
