Few problems on the first time out....

Front u joints in the axles need to be changed.
over heated
theres a clunk right under the centre console
Other then them few it worked awesome with open diffs. tires hooked up great.

to do now.....
single might do double electric fans
cole air intake
u joints
on borde air
valvecover gaskit
fan belt








ow..wouldn't that hurt your neck?

Yeah no prob. just figured with the way the tread is pointed I thought it was directional. Seems like you did real good though.

I was told my clunk under center is front drive shaft in the trans housing due to the lift increase and angle of shaft. Shaft is hitting the bottom of the housing up to about 25mph then a bit of vibration. I drive right through it for now.

yeah. mine is only when you take off..i don't think its to much to worry about till it gets worse and you cant feel vibrations with these tires anyways lol...

Those are Goodyear MTR's, not KM2's.

Sweet looking Jeep, it's come a long way. Keep racking up the miles so you can hit half a million... Actually, judging from your speedo, those are kilometers.

i just finished up the rad cap swap... was very easy. did it in about 2 hours.

bringing this back to life. truck has been on the back burner cause of multiple other builds

when it flexes out the fenders cut my tires so i folded and welded then painted them all up. Flexed it out and tires fit in the wells way better
