Few problems on the first time out....
Front u joints in the axles need to be changed.
over heated
theres a clunk right under the centre console
Other then them few it worked awesome with open diffs. tires hooked up great.
to do now.....
single might do double electric fans
cole air intake
u joints
on borde air
valvecover gaskit
fan belt
ow..wouldn't that hurt your neck?

I was told my clunk under center is front drive shaft in the trans housing due to the lift increase and angle of shaft. Shaft is hitting the bottom of the housing up to about 25mph then a bit of vibration. I drive right through it for now.

Those are Goodyear MTR's, not KM2's.
Sweet looking Jeep, it's come a long way. Keep racking up the miles so you can hit half a million... Actually, judging from your speedo, those are kilometers.

bringing this back to life. truck has been on the back burner cause of multiple other builds
when it flexes out the fenders cut my tires so i folded and welded then painted them all up. Flexed it out and tires fit in the wells way better
was to to lazy to bring out the tires and beam to make the "rti ramp" :flipoff2:
