Harbor Freight (just down the road in Monroe) sells the Rustoleum bedliner for a reasonable price, both in rattle cans and bigger cans. That's what we used on my daughter's XJ, pretty pleased with the stuff.

Regarding the floor pans, Olympic 4X4 has a bunch of XJs with good floor pans. They'll carve you off a chunk for a price, or they might let you do the carving. You'd then have a form-fit, factory floor piece to weld in. Something to look into.

If you need any XJ bits or pieces, let me know. I've still got my daughter's old XJ, planning to hand it over to Olympic for scrap value soon. It's still got lots of good parts, unfortunately the floor pans are pretty much non-existant!

How are your doors? Are they power windows on your daughters? Mine is having issues with all my power windows and my passenger front is stuck half open. Original owner just duct tape it **** but that is letting moisture in that I need to fix.

Honestly I would rather have manual windows if I could but I'll take some working ones too

Thanks for the lead on bedliner in Monroe and Olympic off road I still need to take a ride over there.

So what did you find out with the upholstery? Is it grease or mold?

The interior has both not horrible and I think its cleanable. Now that I have front seats out I'm going to steam clean them and let them dry. Same with rear seat. All the moulding and door panels I'll need to scrub and disenfect them but overall I think it was a combination.

Since moisture got inside and trapped in caused mold to start with damp conditions

How are the doors and windows on the spare? I could use some of those and are they power or manual?

Yea I'm crazy loving being home with my family of course but defiantly missed being in the garage working on what I love to do. I always wanted a Jeep never actually gave it much thought for a XJ I was leaning more towards a older CJ. Then one day I discovered this website and then instantly knew I had to have my own.

I would make this my DD but I still love my 2005 F350 Dually nothing beats the smell of Diesel in the early morning

I'm just fighting the time spent with family, the in laws and now my jeep and they are winning or I would be in the garage longer and this would be done by now.

Hey Irish, doors and glass are all good on my daughter's corpse. The door locks are a bit sticky, but that's probably an easy fix. Manual windows. If you want a door, let me know. Should be pretty quick to swap for one of yours.

I will take all your doors if you want? Do you need to swap them for mine or can I just come get the four doors and anything else before you dump it off? I dont mind sticky door locks mine are the same now I just dont want power windows.
