howdy folks,
So I am a new 04 grand cherokee overland owner and believe it or not I haven't been able to find a lot about installing antennas on my baby. So where do ya'l install them how etc. I will warn you I maybe be country but Im not into redneck rigging, lol... not that I have anything against it mind you. But she is a very sexy ride and Id kinda like to keep her that way.

I am looking at install the hand cb mount for the jeep and already have ideas of where to install it. But the antenna still eludes me. Ive seen the over the tail light mounts not found of it but it is functional. I love my husbands behind the license plate mount but thats ok a jk and not real functional on the grand.

Im looking foward to hearing your thoughts and comments.

There is a guy on this forum. That sells antenna brackets to fit right onto the brake light bolts and its very strong. I'd look Into that. Im totally against drilling holes in the roof of my xj.
Also i believe quadra tech sells one for the gc as well. Hope this helps mate.

Note the one from Quadra tech mounts nxt to the hood...personally I like the mount that taps in next to the brake lights.

ive seen the tail light mount that goes in over the brake light is that one your refering to?
