Hi all

Have a 90 xj with the renix fuel injection system. Would love to be able to use scantools, can't find a renix thing.

Have been considering and engine swap...either a chevy v-6, or a later model Chrysler i6. Have concerns regarding the transmission bolting up (have the AX-15 5 speed) and splines mating.

What about swapping in the chrysler engine managment system into the 90 engine?

Anyone have any ideas, cautions, warnings, tips, etc?

Would probably prefer to keep the i6 engine....

Different computers/motors would be very hard to make work.

Different sensors, different harnesses, all sorts of things.

You better know how electronics work, better know how to solder real dang good.... Cause your going to be making custom harnesses.
